What are your return policies?
Please select carefully as we do not refund. Angle Diamond Dot cannot take responsibility for unsuitability or change of mind. If incorrect size, has been chosen, you may exchange within 7 days of purchase for correct size in the same style only and shipping is at purchasers expense. The choice of order is the responsibility of the purchaser. Questions are encouraged and may be directed to info@anglediamonddot.com.
If the item is faulty, faulty procedures will need to be followed.
The designer and craftsmen will assess faulty items. If correct care has been taken with the item (please refer to care instructions), and it has been deemed a manufacturing fault, the item will be replaced.
Please note that Angle Diamond Dot pieces consist of semi precious stones so must be handled with the utmost care to preserve the life of the jewellery.
Slight flaws and imperfections are to be expected, due to the age of the semi precious stones and their characteristics. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellery and semi precious items are delicate and should be handled carefully. Stones breaking from mishandling are not considered a fault ie dropping or bumping against objects. All pieces come with care instructions that should be adhered to. Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information on this.
Items will not be replaced if tarnishing of the plating occurs, as this is due to general wear and tear and exposure to perfumes, moisturizers and heat from the body over a certain period of time.
You may wish to insure returned faulty, or incorrectly sized goods as Angle Diamond Dot will not be held responsible for returned but not received goods.
We have the right to deny a credit if the faulty merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements, i.e. care instructions were not followed.
BEFORE sending your faulty return, please contact us at info@anglediamonddot.com to receive a faulty returns slip.
The product must be purchased within 2 months of notification. Proof of this must be sent, being either the PayPal confirmation, bank statement or email confirmation from Angle Diamond Dot.
All faulty returns must be sent in an Australia Post, registered Post bag, no returns will be accepted by any other method.
Angle Diamond Dot will repair, replace or refund the price in full excluding shipping costs.
Please note, faulty items are only accepted for online sales, not if purchased from stockists.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep jewellery away from sharp objects, harsh chemicals (perfumes, hairspray, chlorine), moisturizers/ body creams, sunlight and extreme temperature as all of this can tarnish the plating and appearance of stones. If stones are left in direct sunlight, they will fade.
Stones are delicate and will break if dropped and may come loose from the setting. Look after your stones with love and care, as they are as delicate as the person wearing it and will bruise and chip.
Place jewellery on after using cosmetics, hairspray and perfumes. This helps avoid contact with substances and chemicals, which can cause damage.
Remove all jewellery before taking a shower or doing household tasks such as cleaning. The abrasive particles in chemicals can cause dullness in appearance.
Store jewellery in a dry place and in separate pouches, wraps or zip lock bags. This helps avoid contact with other jewellery and objects, which can scratch and chip stones in the piece.
It is recommended to clean your jewellery carefully and regularly with a soft jewellery cleaning cloth after each wear to remove oils and other chemicals. If using a professional jewellery-cleaning product, always read the manufacturers instructions.
What payment does Angle Diamond Dot accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit card over the phone.
We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email for your purchase online. Please email info@anglediamonddot.com for more information on the status of your order.
When will my order be delivered?
Your purchase will be processed and sent within 72 hours of us receiving your order (please remember we are not here on weekends and public holidays, so orders received on those days will be carefully packaged and sent to you the following business day). Each piece along with its packaging are personally inspected by the designer and craftsmen to ensure they are in perfect condition. Most deliveries will be sent via Australia registered post, be insured, require a signatiure and will take approx:
1 – 3 days for major cities
3 – 4 days for regional areas
7 – 10 days for everywhere else
However, please allow up to 14 days for your purchase to be delivered.
If out of stock, pre orders are welcome, however please take into consideration that such orders may take up to 45 days to be handmade and delivered.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel it.
Does ANGLE DIAMOND DOT ship internationally?
Yes. Please be aware that some products shipped internationally may attract customs duties or taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information as it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay for these extra costs. Angle Diamond Dot will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from Angle Diamond Dot, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
How do you charge for International orders?
Our site will show you the price in AUD and will default to the correct international price when selecting which country that it is being sent to. Your bank will convert the total amount from your local currency to AUD. Please be aware that some banks will charge a conversion fee, usually $20, so we recommend speaking with them before your purchase if you are unsure.
Can I buy a Gift Certificate as a present?
Angle Diamond Dot gift certificates are available to purchase from $50.00. Your gift certificate can simply be emailed to the recipient or sent as a gift card in the Angle Diamond Dot gift box, which is ideal for a special gift.
The gift certificate will include a unique code that is assigned to the recipient, which they can use to shop online.
Recipients will need to register their details with us online before they can use their gift certificates.
Please note, gift cards sent alone in gift packaging via mail will incur a $3.00 fee.
How will my purchase/gift be packaged?
All purchases will have free gift boxes, which will double as a jewellery box to help preserve the life of your new jewellery.
I'm unsure about sizing - what size am I?
Ring sizes are available in Small, Medium and Large:
Small : 16mm (size 6-7)
Medium: 17.5 mm (size 8)
Large: 19mm (size 9–10)
As they are handmade, sizes are approximate but as close to as possible.

Can I order by telephone?
Yes. If you would rather place your order via telephone, you can.

We accept Visa and MasterCard only.
How do I receive web promotions or special offers from Angle Diamond Dot?

Will my purchase be the exact same as the photograph on the Anglediamond.com?
No, please note all items will vary slightly to the online store photographs due to the stones being in their natural forms and may be different shades, size and have diverse stone inclusions. This provides the wearer with a unique piece that will be like no other.
Shipping
We have a flat shipping rate within Australia of $12. All packages will be shipped via Registered Australia Post. This service requires a signature on arrival to ensure your jewels are safely delivered into the right hands.
International shipping:
- $30 to New Zealand - Includes signature on delivery and insurance
- $40 Everywhere else - Includes signature on delivery and insurance
($3.00 extra for gift voucher only purchases)
All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer on international shipments.
